Update on our membership system
We’re working hard to resolve the issues that affected our membership system earlier this week and are pleased to be able to tell you that we are making good progress. Our technical teams have identified the issues which caused the system to fail and are now testing the solutions we have put in place.
We will continue rigorous testing of the system over the next few days to ensure that when it re-opens, it is robust and will enable members to complete their membership without further problems.
Early next week we will contact you again with details of when your members can begin to use the system.
The extended insurance cover we have put in place for clubs and gymnasts will continue until the membership system reopens and members have had adequate opportunity to join or renew their membership.
I would like to remind everyone that while we are still working on our membership system, our customer service team cannot undertake membership renewals or changes for you and that there is no access to GymNET, including My Account.
We’re very aware of the difficulties these system issues have caused for clubs, members and their parents & guardians. We apologise for the problems you have experienced and would like to assure you that we are working extremely hard to bring you a stable working membership system as quickly as possible.
